MY STORY

A woman wearing sunglasses, a cowboy hat, a brown vest, and blue jeans riding a brown horse across a grassy open field with trees and hills in the background.

I've always been someone who feels most alive through challenge, movement, growth, and adventure.

I grew up on a ranch, where hard work, resilience, responsibility, and independence weren't ideas, they were simply part of everyday life.

From an early age, I learned that life doesn't always hand you comfort, clarity, or easy circumstances. But I also learned that adversity can shape strength, perspective, and character when you learn how to move through it instead of avoiding it.

That mindset followed me into adulthood and continues to shape both my life and my coaching philosophy today.

what’s led me into coaching?

After 20 years in corporate roles, 13 of which I was leading teams and managing complex private construction projects for a high‑net‑worth individual, I discovered my greatest satisfaction is developing people. I enjoy helping others step back, gain perspective, and work through important life decisions. With that experience, coaching felt like the natural next step to help people gain clarity, shift perspective, and act with greater confidence and purpose.

WHAT SHAPED ME

DISCIPLINE

I was raised to value responsibility, resilience, and hard work. Those standards still guide how I live and coach today.

LEADERSHIP

Years in leadership taught me that real impact comes from helping people grow, think differently, and become the best version of themselves.

PERSPECTIVE

My clearest moments come from the outdoors, away from noise, where I can breathe deeply and remain quietly focused on what truly matters.

I’m deeply grounded in personal growth, mindset, perspective shifts, and intentional living, but I also believe healing requires ownership. You can acknowledge your pain without allowing it to define your identity or limit your future.

Some of the moments where I’ve felt the most grounded, clear, and connected to myself have been outside, in the mountains, near the water, around open landscapes, where I’m challenged, and by experiences that push me beyond comfort zones. I’ve always believed life is meant to be experienced fully, not lived from fear.

Nature has a way of stripping things back to what actually matters. But I also believe people need space to reconnect with themselves, away from constant noise, pressure, distraction, and in survival mode. That’s a big part of why the outdoors has always mattered to me.

That balance between strength and grounded-ness is a huge part of who I am, and it’s the same energy I bring into my coaching. Because real growth isn’t about becoming someone fake, polished, or perfect. It’s about becoming more honest with yourself, more intentional, more resilient and more aligned with the person you’re capable of becoming.

Rooted in Growth. Driven with Purpose.

MY APPROACH

Strength with self-awareness.

I believe healing requires ownership. You can acknowledge your pain without allowing it to define your identity or limit your future.

My coaching style reflects that same balance: direct but compassionate, grounded but optimistic, strong yet deeply self-aware.

I don't buy in to victim mentalities or staying stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.

True strength isn't about becoming hardened. It's about becoming resilient enough to face life honestly while continuing to grow through it. Strength isn't just physical, it's also mental, emotional and internal.

Real growth isn't about becoming someone fake. polished, or perfect.

IT'S ABOUT BECOMING MORE HONEST WITH YOURSELF, MORE INTENTIONAL MORE RESILIENT AND MORE ALIGNED WITH THE PERSON YOU'RE CAPABLE OF BECOMING

AT THE CORE OF MY WORK

build confidence, clarity, and resilience by learning to trust yourself through challenge, not by avoiding it.

THAT'S WHAT A FORGED PURPOSE STANDS FOR
